Check community access
Ask your community management whether move-in or move-out permits, gate passes or set hours apply. Do this early, so you can fix a date that works for both the community and your mover.
Confirm truck access and parking
Villa streets are quieter than tower car parks, but ask where the truck can stop and how far it is from your door. Tell your mover about narrow streets, tight corners or steps.
Plan the crew
A villa needs a full crew so that packing, wrapping and loading run side by side. Our villa packages run from AED 2,350 to AED 4,350+, depending on size, volume and access.
Outdoor items
- Garden and outdoor furniture: clean it and mention it in your quote
- Barbecues, play equipment and outdoor storage
- Pots and plants: check the rules for your destination
- Anything bolted down that needs disassembly

Moving day
Keep valuables and documents with you, guide the crew room by room, and check the garage, garden and storage rooms at the end.
