Studio and 1-bedroom apartments usually cost AED 650 to 1,450, and 2 to 3-bedroom apartments AED 1,350 to 2,850. The final price depends on volume, floor and packing needs, and is confirmed after a free survey or video call.
Most Remraam buildings ask residents to arrange a move-in or move-out permit with community or building management before moving day. Apply a few days ahead and share the approved time slot with us so we plan the crew around it.
