Two communities, two sets of rules
Damac Hills and Damac Hills 2 are separate communities with their own management, entrances and rules. Check the rules of the community you are moving to and the one you are leaving, not just one of them.
Distance and timing
Because both communities are outside central Dubai, allow more travel time on moving day, especially if you are coming from the Marina or Downtown. Distance affects both the schedule and the price, and an early start gives you the most working hours.
Plan around handover dates
Handover and key dates do not always match your lease dates. If your new home is not ready, climate-controlled storage can hold your belongings until it is. Tell your mover as soon as you know the dates change.
Townhouse or villa: what changes
- A townhouse often means stairs and shared walls, so furniture may need to be taken apart to fit.
- A villa needs a full crew so packing, wrapping and loading run side by side.
- In both, tell your mover the number of floors and any narrow stairs before the day.
After the move
